Mail-in diagnostic fee

$40 mail-in diagnostic fee, paid when you order your kit. If we repair your device, the full $40 is credited toward your repair. If your device can't be repaired, or you decide not to go ahead after your quote, we keep the fee to cover diagnosis and return shipping.

The $40 diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved repair. If you cancel before your kit ships, you get a full refund. Once your kit ships, we keep the full $40. We pay return shipping. For this policy, your kit ships at the carrier's first scan or the time the shipping label is created.
